Duke Wolf handles family law, civil litigation, business and corporate law, probate, real estate law, and criminal law. He has been an attorney for 32 years.
His experience includes 10 years in Montana, including 8 years as a prosecuting attorney working for Lake and Gallatin Counties, where he gained considerable trial experience. Duke also represented these county governments in civil matters, advising county officials and county commissioners. He also managed a private practice during part of these early 10 years.
In 1989 Duke moved to Idaho, where he took on the cause of the poor, working for Idaho Legal Services in the areas of landlord/tenant, domestic relations and employment law.
In 1993, Duke moved to Oregon where he was admitted to practice in 1994. Duke worked as counsel/general manager of a residential housing business and later conducted private practice. He worked as an accountant for the State of Oregon and partnered in a private business before joining the Garrison Law Group.
Duke earned a BA in History with highest honors in 1976 from the University of Montana. He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Montana Law School in 1979.
